1. Who provides the service

Referred to below as “I” or “the provider”.

2. What is sold

One-to-one EA SPORTS FC coaching, in the formats listed on the coaching page:

• Gold — one 60-minute individual session with me, with a written plan at the end.
• Icon — four 60-minute individual sessions, with follow-up between them.
• VOD Review — analysis of one of your games, delivered as a commentated video within 48 hours.
• Silver — access to private Discord rooms and one team analysis per subscription, with 30 days of access.

Prices shown on the site include VAT. A format announced as “coming soon” is not on sale and cannot be bought, including by anyone who knows the order endpoint.

3. How to buy

Buying takes three steps: sign in with your Discord account, confirm your email address, and pay.

The Discord account is required and is not a formality: the whole service is delivered on Discord — the onboarding invitation, the booking, and the sessions themselves. A typed name is not an account, cannot be messaged, and one wrong character would be someone who paid and never heard from anyone.

4. Payment

Payment is handled by euPago, which accepts Multibanco, MB WAY and card. Your card details are handled by euPago and are never stored by this site.

MB WAY is usually confirmed within minutes; a Multibanco reference can take longer. An order counts as paid only once confirmation arrives.

5. How the service is delivered

Once payment is confirmed you receive a direct message on Discord with your onboarding link. That is where you answer the questionnaire and book your sessions.

If your direct messages are closed to server members the message cannot reach you. The link is also shown on the purchase confirmation page, and you can contact me to have it sent again.

VOD reviews are delivered within 48 hours of you sending me the game — not of the purchase.

6. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason, counted from the day it was concluded (Portuguese Decree-Law 24/2014).

One exception is worth knowing: if you expressly ask for the service to start before those 14 days are up and it is fully performed within that period, the right of withdrawal is lost. If it has only been partly performed, you pay the proportionate amount for what you received.

To withdraw, an unambiguous statement addressed to me using the contact details in section 1 is enough. Refunds are made within 14 days of receiving it, by the same payment method.

7. Booking, rescheduling and no-shows

You book sessions yourself, in the slots I make available. You can reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed time.

A no-show, or notice given less than 24 hours ahead, uses up the session. If I am the one who cannot attend or cancels, the session is rescheduled at no cost to you.

8. What I expect from you

That you attend the sessions you booked, that you use a game account that belongs to you, and that you treat everyone on the Discord server with respect.

I may refuse or stop providing the service, refunding the part not delivered, in cases of abusive behaviour, payment fraud, or use of someone else's account.

9. Session materials

The recordings, analyses and written plans I produce for you are yours for personal use. They may not be published, resold or distributed without my written agreement.

The 16Peter name, the logo and the contents of this site are mine and may not be used without permission.

10. Limits

Coaching improves decisions and method. It does not — and cannot — guarantee a specific result, division, ranking or prize. Any outcome depends on your own practice, your connection, the state of the game, and factors outside my control.

I am not responsible for outages of the third-party services this one depends on, in particular Discord, EA SPORTS, Twitch, Kick or euPago.

11. Complaints and dispute resolution

You can file a complaint in the Portuguese electronic complaints book at www.livroreclamacoes.pt.

For consumer disputes you may use an alternative dispute resolution body; the list is published at www.consumidor.gov.pt. You may also use the European online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

12. Governing law

Portuguese law applies. Nothing in these terms removes the rights consumer law gives you.

13. Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published at the moment you make it, and the date of the last update is at the top of this page.
