Privacy policy

Last updated · 14 October 2026

This policy explains what personal data I collect on this site, why, who I share it with, and what you can require of me. It is written from what the site actually does, not from a template.

1. Who is responsible

  • Pedro Miguel Sousa Gonçalves
  • Portuguese tax number 237569477

I am the controller of the data described below.

2. What I collect, and from where

If you only browse the site and refuse measurement, I collect nothing, and the only cookie stored is the one recording that refusal, so you are not asked again on every page.

If you accept measurement, I load the Meta pixel, which stores its own cookies in your browser and tells Meta that you visited these pages, which pages they were, and whether you started a purchase or bought. That includes your IP address and browser details, because it is your browser talking to Meta directly.

If you sign in with Discord in order to buy, Discord gives me, with your authorisation and only within the “identify” and “email” scopes:

  • your Discord user id
  • your username and display name
  • the identifier of your profile picture
  • your email address, and only if it is verified

I do not ask for, and do not receive, access to your messages, your servers, or the ability to act on your behalf.

At the moment of purchase I also collect the email address you confirm and, optionally, the name you give.

3. What it is used for, and on what basis

I use this data for one thing: to sell and deliver the service you bought — to identify you, send your onboarding invitation, book the sessions and issue the invoice.

The legal basis is performance of the contract (GDPR article 6(1)(b)) and, for invoicing records, compliance with a legal obligation (article 6(1)(c)).

If — and only if — you accept measurement, I also use this data to see which ads bring students in: how many visits and how many purchases came from each ad. The basis here is your consent (GDPR article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw whenever you like, from the “Cookies” button in the footer, with no effect on the service you bought.

When a purchase completes, my server reports that purchase to Meta — the value, the currency and the pack — together with your email address turned into an irreversible fingerprint and the identifiers Meta's own cookies stored in your browser. They exist only so Meta can recognise that the sale came from an ad. This too happens only if you accepted measurement; refuse and those cookies never exist, so nothing is sent.

I do not sell your data and I do not pass it to anyone else for marketing.

4. Cookies

There is no Google Analytics on this site, or equivalent.

One cookie is always stored, as soon as you answer the question in the bar, and it is strictly necessary — it exists only so I know you have answered:

  • peter_consent — valid for 6 months, holds your answer: accept or refuse. It is the one cookie that needs no consent, because it is the one recording it. You can change it from the “Cookies” button in the footer.

Two cookies are used only if you choose to sign in with Discord, and are equally necessary to the service:

  • peter_oauth_state — valid for 10 minutes, exists only to stop your sign-in being hijacked by someone else. It is deleted as soon as the login completes.
  • peter_discord — valid for 7 days, holds a signed record of who Discord said you are so you do not have to sign in again at every step. You can remove it at any time with the sign-out button.

Those two are httpOnly, meaning no script on the page can read them, and both travel only over a secure connection.

Advertising cookies exist only if you accept: in that case the Meta pixel stores its own, among them _fbp, for the periods Meta sets. Refuse and none of them is ever created. If you change your mind and refuse after accepting, I stop loading the pixel, but cookies Meta has already stored go away only when you clear them in your browser.

5. Third-party content

When I am live, the home page embeds the Twitch or Kick video player. Those players are loaded from those platforms' servers, which may record the visit and set their own cookies under their own privacy policies.

The Instagram post images shown on the site are served by my own server, not by Instagram. Until you click a post, Instagram does not know you were here.

If you accept measurement, the Meta pixel is loaded from Meta's servers, which then know about your visit under Meta's own privacy policy. Refuse and it is not loaded.

6. Who it is shared with

Only with those needed for the service to exist:

  • the AXXE platform, where orders, credits and onboarding are recorded — it receives the pack bought, your email, your Discord id and, if given, your name
  • euPago, which processes the payment
  • Discord, which handles authentication and through which the service is delivered
  • the service that hosts this site
  • Meta Platforms Ireland, and only if you accepted measurement — it receives the pages you visited, whether you started a purchase or bought, the value of that purchase, and your email turned into an irreversible fingerprint

Discord is a company based outside the European Economic Area. Using your Discord account is your own choice, made when you authorise the access.

Meta Platforms Ireland is a joint controller with me for the measurement you authorised, and may transfer that data to the United States under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Refuse measurement and nothing is sent to them.

7. For how long

Data about a purchase and the coaching that followed it is kept for 5 years after the last session.

Invoicing records are kept for 10 years, as tax law requires.

The session cookie expires on its own after 7 days and leaves no record on the server.

8. Your rights

You can ask me at any time for access to your data, for it to be corrected or erased, for processing to be restricted, for portability, and you can object to processing. Use the contact details in section 1.

You can also withdraw consent for measurement whenever you like, from the “Cookies” button in the footer. Withdrawing does not make what happened before unlawful, and it changes nothing about the service you bought.

I answer within one month. If you believe I have not, you can complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, CNPD, at www.cnpd.pt.

9. Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Changes that matter to people who have already bought will be communicated by message.
